Edward Charles Blackburn
Born in 1898 in Bacton to George and Eliza (nee Bell) Blackburn, but by 1901 was living in Work House Common, Neatishead. During his military service he was awarded the Military Medal in 1917 and the Bar to the Military Medal in 1919. He returned to Neatishead, married Gladys Yaxley and lived in King Street.
